We currently have some matings done and are awaiting births of puppies in the December 2019 and january 2020
Our stud dogs are Bruce, Jim and Bert.
- Bruce is a brother of Hutchinson’s Jock which makes him the brother of a Supreme Champion, a son of a Supreme Champion Brownlie’s Mo, a son of Twice Reserve Supreme Champion Hutchinson’s Sweep, and Grandson of a Supreme Champion McVicar’s Spot. Bruce was third in an Irish National with one of the all-time scores and also the Irish Driving Champion in 2018. Bruce was mated a McCawley’s Murph female in mid September.
- Jim narrowly missed out on the Irish Team this year but he is a promising young dog. He was 2nd in the Irish Nursery final in february 2019 and 9th in the European Nursery Championship in Holland in March 2019. He is mated a very young female of Eamon Connell’s that ran Brace in the Irish National this August. The mating took place in early September. she is a very useful female that works both cattle and sheep and has over 20 open trial points won this year and she isn’t even two years old yet! She will be running in nurseries this Winter too.Jim has 2 matings pending litters
- Bert is a grandson of Serge’s Gary and technically also a grandson of Serge’s old Glen. both of those dogs achieved 3rd in the World trial. There are alot of very useful dogs in Bert’s bloodline. I mated him to female of my own
jim litter Nan
Nan belongs to Eamon Connell from Ireland. Nan is still under two years of age but despite that she has a considerable amount if open points won this year and she also ran in the National as part of a doubles team under Eamon’s direction. Her mother is a full sister to Martin O’Malley’s Gwenno (Gwenno qualified for the Irish team this year for her second time on it)
